Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of BonSaiLog ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the operator of the Service regarding its use.

Article 2 (Registration)

Use of the Service requires login via a Google account. Registration shall be completed by agreeing to these Terms and following the prescribed method.

Article 3 (Account Management)
  • Users shall manage their accounts under their own responsibility.
  • Users shall not allow third parties to use, lend, transfer, or sell their accounts.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

  • Violations of laws or public order and morals
  • Activities related to criminal acts
  • Interference with the operation of the Service
  • Infringement of rights of other users or third parties
  • Harassment or defamation of other users
  • Posting obscene, violent, or discriminatory content
  • Registering false information
  • Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  • Placing excessive load on the Service
  • Any other activity deemed inappropriate by the operator
Article 5 (User Content)
  • Copyright of photos, comments, and other content posted by users ("User Content") belongs to the user.
  • Users grant the Service a free, non-exclusive license to use User Content to the extent necessary for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
  • Users warrant that their User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Article 6 (Public Settings)

By setting a bonsai to "Public," users agree that its content may be displayed on the Service's homepage, search results, and other areas.

Article 7 (Changes and Discontinuation)

The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to users thereby.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)
  • The Service is provided "as is," and the operator makes no warranties, express or implied.
  • The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
  • The operator shall not be involved in any disputes between users or between users and third parties.
Article 9 (Usage Restrictions and Account Deletion)

The operator may restrict usage or delete an account without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The operator may modify these Terms as deemed necessary. Updated Terms will take effect upon being published on this page.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
